House of Tan Yeok Nee is a conserved heritage building with multiple steps and raised thresholds ("门槛", ménkǎn) between corridors and doorways. As a result, the use of wheelchairs and personal mobility devices is unfortunately not feasible. Visitors are encouraged to remain mindful when navigating the space.
Interior spaces, including the Heritage Gallery, Loca Niru, Bar Kap, and meeting rooms are fully air-conditioned. Outdoor courtyards and walkways are naturally ventilated.
